Depending on what you do, this may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, order details, and any message you choose to send us.

Payment information. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Square, Inc. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may receive limited transaction information such as the last four digits of your card, the transaction amount, and a confirmation that payment succeeded.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site, certain information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, the site you came from, and how you interact with our pages. This is described further in Section 6 below.

Process and fulfill your orders, including pickup, delivery, and merchandise

Squarespace — our website host and platform provider, which processes Site usage and any information submitted through Site forms.

Square, Inc. — our payment processor and online ordering provider, which handles transactions, gift cards, and order management. Square's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Service providers — vendors that help us with email delivery, analytics, delivery/shipping, or other operational needs, who may only use your information to perform services for us.

Legal and safety reasons — when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with the law, respond to a legal request, protect our rights or property, or protect the safety of any person.

Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. 12. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because there is no common industry standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals. Where required by law, we will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC).
